Shannon Younger, M.H.S, PA-C
Aesthetic Injector, Owner
Shannon Younger is a board-certified physician assistant who began her career in aesthetics in 2017. After receiving her Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies, she began her aesthetic career training under multiple dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She continues to make education a top priority, attending advanced training regularly. Shannon has been a national clinical trainer for Lumenis, a leading laser device company, and is currently a part of the elite Sciton family as a laser luminary for 2024.
She is passionate about educating other professionals. She consistently offers private training in lasers and injectables to help others enhance their skills. In January 2024, Shannon became a member of the esteemed GAIN faculty of educators for Galderma.
Shannon specializes in injectables, facial balancing, and aesthetic laser treatments. She believes the journey to anti-aging or maintaining a refreshed look requires education, consistency, and commitment. Initial visits will focus on an in-depth consultation with an individualized plan.
Shannon began Younger Aesthetics in July 2024. The vision is an elevated medical aesthetic environment where education and science meet art. Younger Aesthetics strives to be the elite medical spa in the area, offering the highest quality products, the latest products, and the latest innovative technology.
Outside the office, Shannon is married to Tyler, the head baseball coach at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City. They have two children, Olivia (4) and Luke (1), and enjoy spending quality time at the baseball field and exploring the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.
Jennifer Brown
Licensed Esthetician , Electrologist Certified and Permanent Makeup Artist
Jennifer Brown is a dedicated mom, bonus mom, wife, and the newest
member of the Younger Aesthetics team. As a fully bilingual
(English-Spanish) Master Permanent Makeup Artist, Aesthetician,
Electrologist, and Laser Hair Removal Technician, Jennifer brings a
wealth of expertise and passion to her work.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the cosmetic tattooing industry,
Jennifer’s journey began with a deep love for the craft. After several
years of honing her skills, she decided to expand her knowledge by
returning to school to further her education in aesthetics, a decision
she is incredibly happy she made.
Jennifer is fully trained, certified, and licensed in a wide array of
services, including Microblading, Powder Brows, Nanoblading, Lip
Blushing, Lash Liner, and Medical Tattooing, which includes scar
camouflage, areola pigmentation, and 3D areola tattooing. She is also
a certified medical aesthetician offering a variety of
results-oriented services, such as facials, chemical peels,
Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, waxing, lash lifts,
brow tinting, LED therapy, and more.
Her approach to beauty is modern yet natural, with a focus on
professional, unparalleled service. Jennifer is committed to making
each client feel effortlessly beautiful in their own skin, combining a
detail-oriented mindset with a soft, personal touch. Her passion for
skin and beauty drives her to continually expand her knowledge,
ensuring she provides only the best products and procedures to her
clients. Above all, Jennifer’s goal is to keep her clients looking and
feeling beautiful while prioritizing their safety.
Jennifer is grateful for the ongoing support of her established

Janelle Knight
Patient Care Coordinator
Janelle Knight brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Younger
Aesthetics, with a strong foundation in Health and Skincare Sciences
from South Africa. Her background in medical aesthetics fuels her
dedication to providing an exceptional patient experience, ensuring
each client feels welcomed, supported, and confident in their journey.
As Patient Care Coordinator, Janelle is the first point of contact for
many of our patients, and she takes pride in creating a warm, inviting
environment. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships
and helping clients navigate their treatment plans with ease, ensuring
they feel informed and cared for every step of the way. Her goal is to
make each patient’s visit seamless, comfortable, and rewarding.
Beyond her professional role, Janelle is a devoted mother of two who
cherishes quality time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She loves
traveling, exploring new experiences, and staying active through
bowling leagues and kickball. These activities allow her to maintain a
healthy work-life balance while bringing joy and energy to both her
personal and professional life.
Janelle is proud to be part of the Younger Aesthetics team and looks
forward to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with
confidence and care.
Jessica Poage
Marketing Director
Jessica Poage is the Marketing Director for Younger Aesthetics,
bringing over six years of experience in the medical aesthetics
industry and more than six years in marketing and social media
management. Her passion for aesthetics comes from her own personal
skincare transformation, which has fueled her dedication to educating
clients about the services and treatments available. She believes that
confidence starts with feeling great in your own skin, and she loves
helping clients connect with the right professionals who can guide
them on their journey to healthier, more radiant skin.
With a deep understanding of marketing strategies and patient
engagement, Jessica works to ensure that Younger Aesthetics’ message
reaches those who can benefit most from its services. She takes pride
in creating meaningful content that highlights the expertise of the
team, showcases real client transformations, and helps educate the
community on the latest advancements in aesthetics. Her goal is to
make sure every client feels informed, empowered, and excited about
their skincare journey.
Originally from Gulfport, MS, Jessica is married to Lucas, an
active-duty Air Force member. Over the past decade, they have lived in
multiple locations due to his military career but are now back in
their hometown for the next few years. Together, they have an
8-year-old son, Ezra, who keeps them on their toes with his
adventurous spirit and curiosity.
Outside of work, Jessica loves traveling and experiencing new places,
especially if there’s great food and wine involved. She enjoys
reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and is deeply
passionate about her faith. Whether she’s helping clients find the
right skincare solutions or creating engaging content for Younger
Aesthetics, Jessica is dedicated to making a positive impact both
professionally and personally.
David Chandler, M.D
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Medical Director
Dr. Chandler is a board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He attended Auburn University for his bachelor’s degree in physics, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and worked his way through college working as a firefighter with the Auburn Fire Division. Dr. Chandler later received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Chandler completed a competitive six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. While in residency, Dr. Chandler recognized his particular skill in performing microsurgery and chose to apply for a microsurgery fellowship. He was selected to attend The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s top microsurgery programs. While training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Chandler worked with some of the best medical researchers and plastic surgeons in the United States.
Prior to moving to the Emerald Coast, Dr. Chandler held a distinguished position as an assistant professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where he trained medical students and the next generation of plastic surgeons in the art and science of plastic surgery. While at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Dr. Chandler served as a representative on the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.
Dr. Chandler has volunteered for overseas medical mission work for the MACLA organization. During the medical missions, he performed many life-changing procedures for the people of the Dominican Republic. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Chandler enjoys creating sculptures from wood, clay, and stone in his spare time.
