How billing works
Monthly fees are charged on the calendar date of enrollment. The Essential annual fee renews on the sign-up anniversary. The $25/mo fee covers portal access, messaging, and refill management.
Every new patient begins with a $350 lab panel and a $250 consultation credited in full to the first month ($600 to start).

What is the Younger Aesthetics Wellness Membership?

Who is a good candidate?
Patients seeking support with weight, hormones, energy, metabolism, or overall wellness. All patients are individually evaluated for safety and appropriateness.
How is this different from traditional weight loss programs?
This is not one-size-fits-all. Plans are based on lab results, medical history, and body composition — not just the scale.
Do you prescribe medications or hormone therapy?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. All medications and hormone therapies are prescribed by a licensed provider after labs and evaluation.
How long is the commitment?
A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After six months, memberships continue month-to-month.
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Yes! Memberships may be frozen for:
● Up to 3 months for medical illness (with documentation)
● Up to 9 months for pregnancy
● Up to 1 month for special circumstances approved by Shannon Younger
How does payment work?
Membership fees are automatically charged monthly on your enrollment date. Payments are non-refundable. Late or declined payments may temporarily suspend benefits.
